Let’s celebrate the 35 years local communities have been contributing to combating fatigue-related road trauma.
The Driver Reviver Program began in Australia in 1989 to enable community involvement in road safety and addressing fatigue related road trauma. WALGA’s RoadWise supported Western Australian communities in joining the Driver Reviver initiative, with the first WA site established in Southern Cross in 1992. Since then, the initiative spread across WA and has resulted in many volunteers establishing and operating Driver Reviver sites over the decades.
WALGA’s RoadWise would like to thank the dedicated and hard-working volunteers, supporters and partners. Together, you’ve made a lasting impact on road safety across the nation.
